by commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service

general terms

  • commissions are not on a first-come first-served basis. they are picked based off of model design and if it is within my abilities

  • please provide complete visual character references (preferably a character design sheet)

  • i reserve the right to decline any commission requests

  • payment must be finalized before i begin your commission

  • no refunds after commission has already been started (partial refunds may be issued based on the situation)

  • i reserve all artistic copyrights. that means the right to use/post any commission work on my social media unless otherwise discussed

  • using any commission commercially is considered copyright infringement unless you have commercial rights

payment

  • all prices are in usd

  • all non-live2d commissions must be fully paid upfront

  • for vtuber commissions only: 50% of payment is required upfront. the other 50% is required after the sketch is finished and confirmed (must ask me for this option)

  • all payments are made through paypal invoice (includes a paypal fee of 3.49% + $0.49 paid by the commissioner)

  • rush service fee: 50% of order total

  • commercial fee: 100% of order total

commission process

  • after payment is received, sketches may take up to a month depending on your place in queue

  • sketches will be sent out for confirmation before moving forward

  • all commission types come with free unlimited revisions in the sketch phase only

  • after the piece is completed, any big revisions may incur an additional fee

  • i will only be reaching out for additional info and confirmations

  • completion time varies depending on the queue, so don't be afraid to ask for updates

waitlist

  • please only join the waitlist if you are willing to wait a few months for a commission spot

  • i will reach out to confirm your waitlist spot via twitter or email

  • if at any moment you wish to be removed from the waitlist, please send me a message

i will not draw

  • elderly, mechas, armor, furries (kemonomimi ok), males (some exceptions), muscular characters, or gore
